Prince William police reported the following incidents:
— The electric meter was ripped from the wall of the Car Store at 18502 Jefferson Davis Highway between 6 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday. Entry to the business was made through a rear storage door, police said.
— Two PlayStation 2s, 23 games, 36 DVDs and five pieces of jewelry, worth an estimated $9,800, were stolen from a home in the in the 14800 block of Dixon Court between 1:30 and 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. There was no sign of forced entry.
— A shift knob, voltmeter gauge, water temperature gauge, gauge pods and a stereo worth an estimated $280 were stolen from a 2001 Honda parked at the front entrance of Potomac Mills mall between 2:30 and 4 p.m. on Oct. 9. There was no sign of forced entry.
— A black compact disc case, a stereo and 36 CDs worth an estimated $710 were stolen from an 1998 Honda in the 3500 block of Lacrosse Court in Dale City between 9 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday. There was no sign of forced entry.
— A 1989 Ford, parked in the 3000 block of Tecumseh Court in Dale City, was burglarized between 10 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday. Two circular saws, a hammer two nail guns and stapler and a chainsaw worth an estimated $2,310 were stolen.
— Six assorted car wheels and tires, worth an estimated $600, were stolen from the front porch of a home in the 1900 block of Gore drive in Bull Run Mountain Estates, between 7 p.m. on Oct. 9 and 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
