An 18-year-old Alexandria man was found with 18 small bags of marijuana early Wednesday morning in Lake Ridge in one of two separate drug-related incidents Prince William County police reported Thursday.

• Jose Victor Arias, of Alexandria, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute after police allegedly found 18 small bags of marijuana after they thought his car looked suspicious while parked at the intersection of Delaware Drive and Blackburn Road in Woodbridge at 3:26 a.m. Wednesday.

• David Edwin Miner, 41, of Alexandria, was charged with possession of cocaine after police found a smoking device with cocaine residue in it in his car at 10:11 p.m. Tuesday on Coppermine Drive near Haymarket.
