Arline DePatsy Bell, 63, of Dale City died Thursday, March 21, 2002, at her home.
She had been a resident of Dale City for 30 years.
Survivors include her husband, Robert E. Bell; four sons, Robert E. Bell Jr., Ronald A. Bell, Roy B. Bell and Richard A. Bell; three daughters, Margaret J. Bell, Patricia A. Beddard and Deborah L. Bowen; one brother, Harold Merryman; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive firends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd., Woodbridge. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Miller Chapel. Interment will follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northern Virginia, Prince William Division.
Giuliana G. Clements
Giuliana G. (Osborne) Clements, 63, of Manassas, died Thursday, March 21, 2002 at Prince William Hospital.
She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Manassas.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Clements; two children, Roderick Osborne of Manassas, and Adrian Osborne of Amissville; and six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Price Funeral Home, 9609 Center St., Manassas, where a rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. The funeral liturgy will be offered at 10 a.m. Tuesday at All Saints Catholic Church, 9300 Stonewall Road, Manassas, with the Rev. Robert C. Cilinski officiating. Burial will follow at Cannon Branch Cemetery, Manassas.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Hospice of Northern Virginia, 9300 Lee Highway, Suite 500, Fairfax, VA 22031-1207.
Frances C. Lipke
Frances C. Lipke, 86, of Ocean View, N.J., died Thursday, March 21, 2002 at the Lutheran Home in Ocean View.
Born in Annapolis, Md., she lived in Woodbridge for 35 years, before moving to New Jersey in 1996. She was employed for many years as a cafeteria worker for Prince William County Schools.
Preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lipke, in 1992, she is survived by one son, Neal Lipke of Petersburg; one daughter, Carroll Reynolds of Manassas; two sisters, Margaret Horn of Middlethon, and Rose Parkinson of Annapolis; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Quantico National Cemetery, Quantico.

Vicky Magno-Alejandrino
Victoria “Vicky” Magno-Alejandrino, 47, of Stafford died Thusday, March 21, 2002 at home.
She was born May 30, 1954 in the Philippines.
She was a registered nurse at INOVA Fairfax Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Julian A. Magno and Josefina Allado.
She is survived by her husband, Nebuchadnezzar Alejandrino; two sons, Lyszander Alejandrino and William Alejandrino of Stafford; two sisters, Angela Magno-Augustine of Texas and Gloria Magno-Pandaraoan of the Philippines; three brothers, Julius A. Magno, Carlos A. Magno and Cesar A. Magno, all of the Philippines; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Mullins and Thompson Stafford Chapel. The family will receive friends again Wednesday from 11 a.m. until noon at St. William of York Catholic Church. The service will be at noon at the church, the Rev. Paul Eversole presiding. The body will be taken to the residence Friday, where the family will receive friends beginning at 3 p.m. Interment will be Saturday at noon at Stafford Memorial Park.
Henry L. Martin
Henry Lee Martin, 55, of Triangle, died Friday, Mar. 22, 2002 at Northern Virginia Doctor’s Hospital.
He is survived by two sisters, Frances L. Sneed of Triangle; Mary O. Odom of Aulander, N.C.; three brothers, Franklin Martin of Florida; Thomas E. Martin of Maryland and Jerry Martin of Richmond.
The family will receive visitors on Monday at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Avenue, Warrenton, from 1 to 2 p.m. where funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m.
Interment will be Bright View Cemetery, Warrenton.
Helen M. Mayhew
Helen Marie Mayhew, 80, of Arlington, died Thursday, March 21, 2002 at her daughter’s home in Great Falls.
She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Haymarket.
Preceded in death by her husband, Chesley Morman Mayhew, in 1978, and her parents, John David Smith and Callie James Obenshain Smith, she is survived by one daughter, Phyllis Lee Owen of Great Falls; two sons, C. Wayne Mayhew of Manassas and Gary L. Mayhew of Haymarket; two grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Price Funeral Home, 9609 Center St., Manassas. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Antioch Baptist Church, 16513 Waterfall Road, Haymarket, the Rev. Dr. Larry L. Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens.

Nellie G. Rhodecap
Nellie Gray Rhodecap, 87, of Manassas died Wednesday, March 20, 2002 at Annaburg Manor.
Born in Wythville, she was the daughter of the late James W. and Letha Smith Bowles. She was a former member of the Pender United Methodist Church in Fairfax, an active volunteer at the Prince William County Senior Center and a charter member of the AARP, Manassas chapter. She worked at the Federal Reserve in the 1950’s. She was a custom bridal designer for Woodward and Lothrop for more than 10 years. Before retiring to Manassas, she resided in Fairfax County for 33 years where she owned and operated a sewing school in Reston for six years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin E. Rhodecap in 1991 and five brothers, Albert Bowles, Elmer Bowles, Julian Bowles, Arthur Bowles and William Bowles.
She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis R. Jurgensen; and husband, Bob; two granddaughters; four sisters, Elsie O’Malley of Port Orange, Fla., Leona Waddell, Claryce Heinlein and Della Tarter; one brother, Carl Bowles, all of Roanoke.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Lee Funeral Home, 8521 Sudley Road, Manassas. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. at Lee Funeral Home on Monday with interment following at National Memorial Park in Falls Church.

Mary J. Williams
Mary June Williams, 69, of Manassas, died Wednesday, March 20, 2002 at Prince William Hospital.
She was born June 2, 1932 in West Virginia. She was a member of VFW Post 1811, Manassas Park.
Preceded in death by her husband, Carl Williams, in 1974, one brother, Dured Smith, and her parents, Jenning and Alma Audrey Walker Smith, she is survived by three sons, Jenning R. Williams of Virginia, Bill Williams of Manassas, and Doug Williams of Manassas Park; one sister, Nessya Breedlove of West Virginia; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends from noon until service time at 2 p.m. Monday at Clayton Baptist Church, Clayton, W.Va., the Rev. Alvie Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
