Armed man robs 7-Eleven store of cash, cigarettes
A man wearing a white bandana over his face robbed a 7-Eleven at 10740 Coverstone Drive in Manassas on Thursday at 3:04 a.m., Detective Dennis Mangan, Prince William police spokesman said Thursday.
The man, armed with a handgun, took cash and several cartons of cigarettes.
The robber is white, between 20 and 30 years old, 6 feet and 180 pounds. He has dirty blond hair, and was wearing a New York Yankees baseball cap and gray jacket.
Amoco station robbed of cash by gunman
A man robbed the Amoco station at 7206 Centreville Road in Manassas at gunpoint Thursday at 3:42 a.m., Detective Dennis Mangan, Prince William police spokesman said Thursday.
The robber is white, 5 feet 5 inches, between 20 and 24 years old, with a thin build. After stealing an undisclosed amount of cash, he ran off.
Woman reports watch stolen from her home
A woman’s watch valued at $600 was stolen from a home in the 16500 block of Nanticoke Drive in Woodbridge Sunday between 9:50 and 10:10 p.m., Detective Dennis Mangan, Prince William police spokesman said Thursday.
There was no sign of forced entry.
Frontyard basketball hoop taken in Woodbridge
A basketball hoop valued at $200 was stolen from a front yard in the 2000 block of Germander Way in Woodbridge between Tuesday at 9 p.m., and Wednesday at 6:30 a.m., Detective Dennis Mangan, Prince William police spokesman said Thursday.
Taillight assembly stolen from car on Delaney Road
A rear taillight assembly valued at $250 was stolen from a 1993 Ford parked in the 13400 block of Delaney Road in Dale City between March 20 at 6 p.m., and March 21 at 5:55 a.m., Detective Dennis Mangan, Prince William police spokesman said Thursday.
Amplifier taken from Cheverolet in Manassas
An amplifier valued at $350 was stolen from a 1989 Chevrolet parked in the 9400 block of Lafayette Avenue in Manassas, between Sunday at 8 p.m., and Monday at 6 a.m., Detective Dennis Mangan, Prince William police spokesman said Thursday.
