Wolfe’s defense seeks re-evaluation Court maintains death sentence BY MARIA HEGSTAD A defense attorney for Justin Michael Wolfe, 22, of Centreville, plans to ask the Supreme Court of Virginia to reevaluate portions of its decision to uphold Wolfe’s capital conviction for murder-for-hire.
“The decision was interesting,” Marvin D. Miller, Wolfe’s defense attorney said. “The decision is inconsistent within itself, and inconsistent with prior decisions.”
Snow plowers battle winter BY DANIEL DREW Through the incessant fall of snow this winter, an army of drivers worked feverishly to clear the roads.

“I’ll go out of my way to make sure that’s not jeopardized,” Moose told Washington radio station WTOP. “I may be a lot of things, but I’m a police officer, and I’m not going to mess up this case.”
