Join in the celebration Wednesday of Dr. Seuss’s Birthday at the Dale City Recreation Center with “Read With A Child Day” and participate in Dr. Seuss storytelling and games as well as cake, punch and balloons. The Criminal Justice Club at the Woodbridge campus of Northern Virginia Community College will hold its annual law enforcement job fair from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The Woodbridge Campus is at 15200 Neabsco Mills Road. Cars without NVCC parking stickers may use the student parking lots during this event.
Representatives from more than 35 local, state and federal criminal justice agencies are expected to participate.

The Office of Historic Preservation, Department of Public Works, will present the third in a series of free lectures on Thursday, March 10 at 7 p.m. at the Old Manassas Courthouse, 9248 Lee Ave., Manassas. Carl Lounsbury is the featured speaker for the lecture, “Court Days in Early Virginia.”
