Wilburn E. Brown

Wilburn E. Brown, Sr., 75, of Manassas died Feb. 4, 2001 at INOVA Fair

Oaks (Hospice)

He is survived by his wife: Martha J. Brown of Manassas. Three children:

Wilburn E. Brown, Jr. of Fremont, Ca., Mark E. Brown of Moraga, Ca., Celestine

Brown Quinn of Manassas, and five grand children, four sisters: Eletha Wilson

of Leavenworth, Kansas, Lone Hicks of Washington, D.C., Armeta Shaw of Berkley,

Ca. and Glenda Wilson of Laurel, Md. , one brother: Leroy Brown, Sr.,of

Yucca Valley, Ca. and many other relatives and friends.

Friends will be received at 10 a.m. , Feb. 9, 2001 at St. Andrew The

Apostle Catholic Church, 6720 Union Mill Rd., Clifton., where funeral services

will be conducted at noon. Father David Rahn, presiding. Internment Quantico

National Cemetery, Triangle.

 

America Mock

American Mock, 84, of Manassas, died on Feb. 6,2001 at her residence.

She was a life long residence of Northern Virginia.

Mrs. Mock was preceded in death by her husband George Mock in 1975 and

her son Ernest Mock in 86. She is survived by one son, G. Hollis Mock of

Front Royal, and two daughters-in-law, Nancy Mock and Shirley Mock, 9 Grandchildren

and 11 Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by her niece Peggy Kistner

of Sacramento, Ca.

The family will receive friends on Feb. 8,2001 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.

at the Lee Funeral Home, 8521 Sudley Rd., Manassas. Funeral Services will

take place on Feb. 9, 2001 at 11 at Lee Funeral Home. Interment will follow

at Stonewall Memory Gardens in Manassas.

Francis Lewis Fletcher

Born Feb. 9, 1943. On Feb. , 2001, entered into eternal rest after a

long illness. He is formerly of Arlington.

He is survived by his wife Sandie Fletcher, Stepson James Henry, Jr

of Woodbridge, eight babies, beloved aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Friends may call at Miller Funeral Home and Crematory, 3200 Golansky

Blvd., Woodbridge on Feb. 8, 2001 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and where services

will be held on Feb. 9,2001 at 12 p.m. Chaplain Martin Steinberg will host

a Homegoing service followed by interment service at Fairfax Memorial Park.
