Potomac News Online | Five drug-related incidents reported

A 21-year-old Manassas area woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance after police served her with four felony warrants for distribution of a controlled substance in one of five drug-related incidents Prince William County police reported Tuesday.

• Emily Jane Oelve, 21, of 9972 Shallow Creek Loop, Apt. 201, near [email protected] William Business Park, was charged with possession of a controlled substance Sunday at 11:01 a.m.

An officer was serving her with four felony warrants for distribution of a controlled substance and following a search allegedly found cocaine.

Oelve was held without bond for a July 15 court date.

• Andrew Gabrille Barbon, 38, of 14452 Belvedere Drive in Dale City, was charged with possession of marijuana after an officer found it on her as she was walking in the 18500 block of Old Triangle Road in Triangle around 11:40 p.m. Monday.

• Shardae O’Neil Larry, 19, of Springfield, was released on a summons to appear in court for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop Tuesday at 1:42 a.m. at the intersection of Dale Boulevard and Queensdale Drive in Dale City.

• Charles Edward Harris, 37, of 13459 Orangewood Drive in Dale City, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance after police found a glass smoking device and a white chunky powder on him Tuesday at 12:09 a.m. at the intersection of Fraley Road and Graham Park Boulevard in Triangle.

Harris is being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

• Anita Jasani, 29, of Ashburn, was released on a summons to appear in court June 14 for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop Thursday at 1 p.m. in the 8000 block of Sudley Road.
