Police make drug arrest after 911 hang-up
Police answered a hang-up 911 call Wednesday at 8:27 p.m. in the 1800 block of Sugar Hill Drive in Lake Ridge and smelled marijuana when they arrived at the residence, said Detective Dennis Mangan, Prince William police spokesman.
Police charged Elizabeth Ann Soto, 27, of 4408 Kenmore Drive in Woodbridge with possession of marijuana. She was released on a summons to appear in court, Mangan said.
Two arrested on drug charges at hotel
Police investigated a call of two suspicious men in a room at the Red Roof Inn in the Sudley area and arrested two men for drug possession, said Detective Dennis Mangan, Prince William police spokesman.
During the investigation and search at the motel at 16010 Automotive Drive, police found Craig Stevens Vandyke, 30, in possession of crack cocaine and a pipe, Mangan said.
Vandyke, of 8112 Weatherwood Court in the Sudley area, was charged with possession of cocaine and held in lieu of $2,500 bond, Mangan said.
Police charged Robert Lee Meadows, 33, of no fixed address with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, Mangan said.
Meadows was held in lieu of $4,500 bond, Mangan said.

Price William police reported the following incidents:
• A laptop computer, worth $1,500, was stolen from a home in the 1900 block of Windsor Road, in the Triangle area, between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Thursday. There was no sign of forced entry.
• A PlayStation 2 and 36 games, an XBox, a Gamecube, DVDs and compact discs, worth a total of $5,432, were stolen from a home in the 14200 block of Mt. Pleasant Drive in Woodbridge, between 11:30 a.m. and 2: 30 p.m. Wednesday. There was no sign of forced entry. A basement window was open.
• A burgundy electric generator with aluminum handles was stolen from the side yard of a home in the 14100 block of Mount Pleasant Drive between midnight and 5:30 a.m. Thursday.
